What is freedom?

How do we make sure that we age right? How do we make sure that we remain a good person? How do we protect ourselves from harm? How do we go down the right path instead of the wrong one? How can we be that child inside? How do we connect with her? Or him? How? How do we do things that lead to a better future for ourselves? How do we remain driven when in drought? How do we not accidentally find ourselves surrounded by people we don't want to be surrounded by? How do we realize that we are isolated? How do we get ourselves help? How do the people around us know that we need help? How do we help someone else? How do we help? How do we bring more joy? How do we truly listen? How do we truly speak? Speak to say something. Speak from the heart and soul, no spiritual jargon involved. No frequency this, frequency that. Hierarchy at its finest. Things that farther separate the "chosen" and the forgotten? Walking into a grocery store feeling more elevated than the people there because you know more? Why are we better than people? Why are we worse? We need less people telling us how to be better and how to do things to become successful. We need more people helping from the ground up. If someone can't move a singular cell in their depressed body how do we help them to move that muscle? How do we help them to start with a single fingertip? Why do we speak in their faces loudly that homelessness is a choice? Or happiness is a choice? Why do we speak in their faces loudly at all? Why do we rush to the end result? Why do we not start from that finger? Some people can't. Some people really can't. And we can't force them. We can't shame them. We can't leave them behind. Motivational speak your way through. You can try, but it eventually wears off. You can become delusional. You can enter spiritual psychosis and convince yourself you are going to win the lottery. Or manifest money out of thin air just because you deserve it. Because you deserve it. The universe wants you to have this money so you don't have to work for it. You can come out of spiritual psychosis fully broke. Fully and wholly empty. In a room that doesn't feel like your own. Unfamiliar territory, but Oh so familiar. Too familiar. The position you tried to run from. The stance you no longer took.
